This is a quick and easy raw food salad using fresh corn on the cob...sweet corn and sweet beets and sweet sprouted soft wheat berries make this salad delish...well so does the brussel sprout, baby bok choy, king oyster mushroom with by the way I diced very very finely. A little flax seed oil, a squeezed lemon wedge and oh, a little raddicio?? yum.
